Even tho I train in gyms…I purchase a lot of equipment and carry it around in my book bag all day!
This is one of the best pieces I’ve purchased. Resistance bands can be used for full body work. I purchased these ankle bands from Dicks Sporting Goods but you can pick them up almost anywhere. (Target or Walmart).
Take the band around your ankles for 20 steps to the right and 20 steps to the left. Repeat for 3 rounds and keep tension in the band at all times. I use the workout to strengthen my abductors and to warm up before a deadlift session 😜😝😣

All of it takes hard work, consistency, trial and a lot of error 😂💪
I followed a self-created meal plan…I was pescatarian at the time (meat intake was fish only.) Now I love chicken! Hahaha!
My point is I focus on changing my body a lot but the most important thing is to be consistent and disciplined.

😝☕️——————————————-The start of my personal gluteus program began at the top of November 2013. After completing my very first bikini competition I wanted to gain some of the weight I loss back, specifically targeting my gluteus. Honestly, going from 182lbs to 115lbs made me feel funny. At this point in my life I was used to having weight on me. I also wanted to look more athletic and get stronger. Not saying anything is wrong with this size, I just wanted to test out a self designed program while trying to get my gluteus bigger, rounder, higher, but most importantly (to me) stronger.
For two months straight I followed my program —- nutrition and training based —- to target train. You cannot target train FAT but oh…best believe you can target train MUSCLE and gluteus are muscles! Some days I lifted heavy, some days I did sprints, other days I recovered, tested out proper placements of carbohydrates, fats, protein, and cheat meals. Through experimentation I learned it’s not all about eating whatever you want to grow because weight can distribute where you don’t want it… Like your stomach!!
Training tough, knowing that every rep counts was key. Please understand that this was not easy. Don’t underestimate the hard work that is required to change your body in any way. Any time a client of mine makes any progress I am grateful for their hard work. Eating clean and manipulating diet was tough. It was actually scary because I wasn’t quite sure if it would work at first.
I am ready to share this nutrition and training program with everyone. Please #staytuned for further announcements :)

Focused on shoulders today. I’ve been working trying to get my shoulders bigger! The body does what it wants sometimes though! So patience it is … 😐😐😐
Ladies, the more you work your shoulders, the more shapely your upper body will look. Building muscle in certain areas of your body is the key to losing fat overall. You can’t get a flatter stomach without working your entire body. Think about how your upper body looks in a tank top, tube dress, or anything off the shoulder. Symmetry and proportion is always worth the work 💪💪
