Hey! #emariefitness Here is a tip for having a leaner stomach πŸ’ͺ
I’m no expert…BUT it is my educated OPINION through reading and through experience that alcohol indirectly makes you gain weight/maintain a bigger waistline/more abdominal fat! 

Alcohol is estrogenic: so it decreases your testosterone levels. Which results in low muscle mass! In other words, consuming alcohol more than often will stop you from burning fat. 
Alcohol also affects your ability to recover from workouts also…muscles cannot develop without proper recovery. 
I recommend…if you just haaaaaave to have some, lol maybe once to twice a week 😊

Morning Abs !
I don’t always use weight for ab workouts but when I do it’s moderate to heavy weights !
2X25 reps using cable weights in the motion of a “good morning” workout but on all fours to work abdominals AND a little back πŸ’ͺ

Morning abs with my tall a** co worker
@bigd2413 Flutter kicks with standing abs partner workout!
This guy is literally and seriously twice my weight and height and I was able to lift him and do flutter kicks at the same time πŸ’ͺ
200 plus pound skull crusher for triceps, basically 😎This is why I lift weights…to kick butt all around the gym!
Find a partner and try it!

Hamstring/Gluteus pull throughs with cable weights.
Grab rope and step forward. Bend into a deadlift position then stand back up.
Weight should be moderate to heavy.

Good nightttt!
Thanks to bootcampers for coming out in this very random snow! Smh! Chicago!

For the people who say they are too busy to eat every 3hrs, here is what I did today! 


Arise at 5:15 a.m. 😊😊 er’day er’day 

Morning Cardio:
6:30 a.m. 
First meal 7:30 a.m. 

Trained Clients 7:30-1:30 p.m. 
Ate at 10:30 while client warmed up

1:15 p.m.
Ate on my way to lift weights 

4 p.m. 
Ate more food in some corner I found 

4:30-5 p.m. 
Checked emails 
5-8:10 p.m.
Trained clients 
Ate at 6:30 during a 15 minute break in the back of the gym under the table while I planned the 7 p.m. Bootcamp workout.

Having more food now, decaf green tea, and packing my meals one more time!
Gonna try and check emails one more time before bed πŸ’ͺπŸ˜… 


If you have a type of job that does not allow you to take breaks…if you don’t have a desk job…like if you’re a cashier. If I was a cashier, which I used to be for 2 years…I would pack of ziploc bags! I would fill them with one serving of almonds. Have Greek yogurt on a 15 minute break since it’s quick.
Slice up one cucumber in a ziploc bag.
On my lunch break I would have the full meal. Also have the other two full meals before and after work. 
I’m sure you can do this too, it just takes discipline! Make the decision to stop starting over! ❀️

You can buy frozen or fresh asparagus. Asparagus stalks should be rounded, and neither fat nor twisted. Look for firm, thin stems with deep green or purplish closed tips. The cut ends should not be too woody, although a little woodiness at the base prevents the stalk from drying out. Once trimmed and cooked, asparagus loses about half its total weight. Use fresh asparagus within a day or two after purchasing.
