I took a total of 3 girls for 5 days on a detox. I trained them once, have them workouts to do for the other 4 days at home. Here are the results of client 1…
Minus 3 inches around the waist all from fruit & vegetables! No magic pill! AMAZING work on her part. She stuck with it even when temptations called her name!!
She came to my class last Saturday at 30inches & is at 27inches this morning!

My legs always look small because I am always wearing compression pants, tights, or workout leggings. But they are a pretty good size. I would like them bigger & more defined but I’m getting there. 
There are lots of people who follow me that want to lose weight BUT I want to help everybody & I know there are girls who want to gain weight in their legs. This is for you:

What to eat:
1. Lean white chicken breasts adds protein without the fat of dark meats.
2. Grilled salmon contains omega3 & omega6 polyunsaturated fats.
3. Yams provide energy for training & antioxidants for recovery. & so does brown rice. 
4. Tuna is packed with protein but don’t add mayonnaise and don’t eat too often, it’s high in mercury.
5. Egg whites post leg workout are also beneficial as a protein source.


What to do:

1. Squats
2. Lunges 
3. Deadlifts 
4. Interval cardio
All variations of these exercises will get you going!

Reading this over and over again is scary. Being over weight or obese leads to heart disease, diabetes, and cancer. 
For some of us…about 30% of us … It’s all in our genetics. The diseases that we may encounter or have encountered are out of our control because of genetics.
BUT the other 70% of us end up with the above and these diseases because of LIFESTYLE CHOICES…lack of exercise, drinking, smoking, fast food, lack og sleep, diets high in salt and sugar…

1. Wild salmon 
2. Juicy fruits; watermelon, pineapples, strawberries …(moderately)
3. Oysters 
4. Avocado 
5. Cashews 
6. Carrots
7. Cucumbers 



These foods are packed with minerals like magnesium and selenium, & vitamins A & E who are known acne fighters!
In the summer my skin gets much darker in my face…I keep it even and clear with these foods and PLENTY OF WATER (gallon a day)

Regulating the size of food portions is a simple process that can help you to lose weight. Weighing out food before it is eaten is a convenient method of controlling portion sizes and is something you can easily do at home with basic kitchen equipment.

Plus manufacturers “servings per container” are not always accurate. We are over weight because we do not control our portions. We eat too big of a breakfast then skip lunch because we are still full…then our body constantly stores fat deposits around our body to preserve energy. And constantly you continue the cycle. 

I am not saying you have to go to the extreme like I do…but there are many benefits to controlling your portions :) 
It can be as easy as only having snacks that fit in the palm of your hand.

I hope to inspire you to be yourself. There will be so many people who judge and question your decisions. There will be people who tell you what type of life you should live. But what would the world be like if everybody was the same? If everybody followed the same journey and path? There would be nothing for us to talk about & nothing new for us to learn from each other. Embrace your differences and be inspired to live the type of life God has put in your heart. People around you will just have to deal with it…you only have to answer to God, anyway.
