#tbt yes! There was a time in my life when I could rest my elbow on my love handle/muffin top. Yes I got through it and beyond…life gets hard sometimes so I look back at accomplishments I’ve made to remind myself that I can get through almost anything. I try to talk to God about everything so I know He wouldn’t give me anything I can’t handle.
If I can accomplish this transformation, regular ole me…what are you waiting for?
Work out as many days a week as possible. Eat healthy healthy 90% of the time. You got this ❤️

I have worked with this beautiful lady and she allows me to listen to her goals and she even writes them down. I stalk her texting her asking her what she ate and she is so dedicated she texts me before her sessions so she can have her meal post meal prepared.
I am proud of her and can’t wait to continue to see her body transform.
