Our bodies don’t normally gain or lose significant amounts of fat or muscle overnight. Instead, when the scale shows a gain or loss of half pound or more from the previous -day, the cause is instead likely to be the amount of water your body is retaining.
Causes of water weight?:
1. Table Salt
3. Menstrual Cycles (which is unavoidable)
The main reason? Dieting!!!
Dieting, restricting the body from necessary calories causes it to breakdown carbohydrates and proteins stores that hold water. Then when you return to normal, it won’t break the food down, instead water weight will increase—this means A CONSISTENT BLOATED BELLY.
Instead…change your nutrition intake if you are trying to change your body.
Pray. Train. Eat. Sleep. In whatever order you’d like ❤️❤️💪

Ezekiel Bread (yes I ate bread 🙊) French Toaaaaassstttt !
2 packs of truvia
1/4 cup almond milk
2 whole eggs
Sprinkled ground cinnamon
-Take the above ingredients and mix into a bowl.
-Soak Ezekiel bread on both sides in mixture.
-Pan sear (at low temp) for about 3 minutes on each side.
I don’t show my clients much because it’s their right to privacy in their journey! I asked my favorite couple in the world if I could post their lifts today because I was so proud!
They came to me and told me they would love to train together but didn’t know anything about strength training! Now they both say “I just want to get stronger and stronger!”
It excites me when clients want strength. Aesthetics come naturally when you work towards strength goals! Focus on things like good form, range of motion, depth, etc. and you will look better!
I’m proud today of all of my clients who work their tails off! It’s not me…I’m there to teach…but it’s you who shows up and puts in the work! :)
